US Open 2026: How NYC residents can get $100 tickets

New Yorkers will have a chance to watch world-class tennis stars face off at the 2026 US Open at an affordable price. The tournament returns to Flushing Meadows from August 23 through September 13, featuring some of the biggest names in tennis, including Serena Williams and Carlos Alcaraz, Novak Djokovic and the WTA’s No.1 player Aryna Sabalenka.

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani and the United States Tennis Association (USTA) on Tuesday announced 1,000 discounted tickets for New York City residents.

How can I get the $100 US Open tickets?

Starting Wednesday, Aug. 26, at 10 a.m., New York City residents can purchase discounted US Open tickets at usopen.org/NYCtickets. Tickets are $100 each, with a limit of two tickets per person. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The tickets are for Main Draw matches taking place Aug. 30 through Sept. 8.

Where is the US Open held?

The tournament takes place at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, located at 124-02 Roosevelt Ave, Corona, NY 11368.

The US Open is one of the world’s most-attended sporting events. In 2025, nearly 1.2 million people attended the tournament, which generates more than $1.2 billion in economic impact and supports more than 7,000 jobs each year.
