BROOKLYN—Scores of junior masqueraders sporting Haiti’s red-and-blue flag took part in wowing thousands during the 2024 West Indian American Day Carnival’s children’s festivities Saturday, giving a taste of what awaits revelers at Monday’s parade on Eastern Parkway.
